Scratchy Throat

Here are some tips to help manage a scratchy throat naturally

> Regularly gargle with warm, salty water this can temporarily relieve a sore or scratchy throat and helps to reduce any swelling or pain as well as loosen mucus, helping to flush out irritants or bacteria. Try gargling half a teaspoon of salt in a glass of warm water.

> Make sure you drink enough fluids, especially if you have a high temperature.

Sore throat
